In 2009 I began a journey on the road to health. I was 175ish lbs and not feeling my best. As I began to unwrap my issues and commit to be fit. I started p90x. It was hard, exhausting, and challenging. The first time I did the workout some of the moves I just couldn't do, some maybe 5 reps, others were ok. As time went on I got better, faster, and stronger! I was able to keep track! I now have done p90x 3 times and have started p90x2. Now as it stand in 2012 I have lost 40lbs and there is more to come. I was not able to do everything full force at first, but as Tony says "Im enjoying the journey"
